REENGINEER YOUR BUSINESS PROCESSES

AI makes each step faster.
The process stays the same.

Evolvey's virtual FDE team, AI agents working with your experts, maps how a process runs, fixes what slows it, and redesigns what causes it. Every version lands in a capability graph you own.

Nothing ships without your approval.

CAPABILITY GRAPH
WHERE THE COST SITS

Between the teams

In mail, Slack and meetings

In rules nobody owns

01 / THE PROBLEM

The cost is between
the teams. And
nothing keeps it.

A non-standard quote passes from the sales rep to the deal desk, finance, provisioning and the CFO. Each must agree, by mail, Slack and meetings. A blocker sends the deal back to be renegotiated. Nothing is kept, so the next similar quote starts the chase again.

McKinsey's 2026 survey on the state of AI says what AI high performers do differently: “they fundamentally redesign workflows rather than layer AI onto existing ones”.

The visibility gap.

The real process lives in mail, Slack and meetings. Nobody sees the chase as a whole.

The redesign gap.

AI speeds up a step. The cause stays: a catalogue too coarse for the deal sales wants to sell.

The governance gap.

The rules are last year's, and nobody owns how they change. Each decision stays in a thread.

02 / HOW A PILOT RUNS

Map the process. Fix the steps.
Then fix the cause.

AI agents and your experts work on one process, picked by your teams' top complaint. We are building this with our first design partners.

01

Discover and map.

Agents map the process, the people and the systems as they run. Each team confirms its part, and the sponsor certifies the result as v0.

KNOW WHAT YOU DO, AND HOW
02

Optimize and automate.

The diagnosis picks each fix: shared context, an agent, a script or a rule. A person decides where no rule matches. The pilot measures each fix against v0.

ENABLE THE FEEDBACK LOOP
03

Reengineer and evolve.

Redesign the cause, such as the catalogue, governed and evaluated as it evolves. Every change is a new version the process owner approves.

03 / A WORKED EXAMPLE

One process,
start to finish.

How a pilot would run on non-standard quotes at an invented company. Select a step to see what it takes in and what it keeps.

WORKED EXAMPLE, NOT A CUSTOMER / NON-STANDARD QUOTESSELECT A STEP
Illustrative. The company is invented.

04 / BUILT TO LAST

The redesign is not
the hard part.
Keeping it current is.

Every change is a new version.

From v0 on, each change to the process is a version its owner approves. Each decision keeps its reason and its rule.

Measured against v0.

The pilot compares each fix and each redesign with the certified baseline, so you can see what improved and what did not.

Each process starts further ahead.

Each process you diagnose and fix adds to the capability graph. The next one, such as contract redlines or billing, starts from what is already there.

START WITH ONE PROCESS

Which process do
your teams complain
about most?

A pilot starts with one process where people decide the exceptions, its teams' top complaint, a sponsor, and a measure you can compare against v0.

A FEW PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Before you start.

What is a virtual FDE team?

FDE means forward-deployed engineer. Evolvey's virtual FDE team is AI agents working with your experts. It discovers how a process runs, fixes it and redesigns it. Nothing ships without your approval.

How is the capability graph different from a knowledge base?

A knowledge base stores documents. The capability graph keeps each process as a versioned record: the certified as-is, every change after it, the decisions and their rules, and the results measured against v0. You own it.

Do we need to replace our existing tools?

No. The pilot reads the systems and channels the process already runs on, such as your CRM, ERP, mail and Slack, and only after each member opts in. The pilot decides which connections it needs.

What makes a good first process?

A process where people decide the exceptions, in mail, Slack and documents. It has a top complaint from the teams who run it, a sponsor who can certify how it runs today, and a measure you can track.
